This happens when you are going 5 mph or less in a parking lot. Although this is more of a design issue where some users may not deal with this issue, it should be noted that forums have been posted about this same exact issue and it can cause a danger in terms of hitting pedestrians or other vehicles in parking lots or other slow moving traffic.
