I am not signing it, as well as it fully releases Kia from any future issues, etc. outside of the warranty and whatever other details it claims. This will or should be the last for me to file. I had no idea they send me this kind of offer. As it is listed specifically as a \"GOODWILL GESTURE\" and they are not accepting fault or something like that. I attached inidividual pages, hopefully I can upload them as pdfs, we will see.
