This is a known issue with these transmissions that GM /dealership knew and refuse to fix. The vehicle stalled on me on a road at night where there's no stores, I'm a female alone on a dark road for about 30 minutes trying to get car to start.  Luckily it did. This could've caused an accident and my safety was at risk being stranded alone at night. I was told to not drive the car until fixed.
