The piece that holds the visor in place is apparently plastic and breaks easily, causing the visor to malfunction.  This sounds minor, but not in winter when the sun is low on the horizon and blinding to the driver. The first visor I replaced was in 2021 (on a 2020 jeep).  You have to replace the entire assembly (not just the part).  Both sides have failed repeatedly.   After driving around for months with the visors bungee corded up, to keep them from hanging and flopping around, I have now had my mechanic install after market brackets.  This is a well known problem among mechanics that work on newer Jeeps.  This may sound minor, but I do feel its an accident waiting to happen when driving towards oncoming traffic when the sun is low.
