The vehicle was delivered to the dealership on January 6, 2026 and has remained in their possession continuously with no firm repair completion date provided. The primary recall involves a high-voltage battery defect that presents a potential fire hazard. As of today, the vehicle has been out of service for more than 45 days. I have been deprived of use of the vehicle due to an unresolved safety recall and lack of available repair remedy or parts. This complaint is being filed to document the prolonged inability to repair a federally recognized safety defect and the extended out-of-service period.
