Dealerships are stating they do not handle the towing, despite this being a DO NOT DRIVE recall that has resulted in deaths. FCA has used a call center that employs people who barely speak English. Lack of ability to communicate with the customer and dealership staff should disqualify someone from serving in this capacity. The service department at my local dealership seems to be suggesting I just drive the vehicle down, which contradicts the DO NOT DRIVE portion of this recall. I do not believe FCA is acting in good faith to perform these recalls in a safe manner for the customer.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WRANGLER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
