This left me stranded on the roadside off the highway, which was both dangerous and extremely distressing.  The vehicle was towed to the dealership, and it has now been four days with no updates regarding the diagnosis, repair plan, or estimated timeline. I have repeatedly attempted to get information but have received no meaningful communication.  This situation is unacceptable for a relatively new vehicle and raises serious safety concerns.
