The vehicle has only approximately 55,000 miles, and the issue does not appear to be due to normal wear or misuse. The vehicle and dashboard are available for inspection upon request.  The warped dashboard creates potential safety concerns related to the passenger-side airbag deployment area, as the deformation occurs near the airbag seam and mounting points. A compromised dashboard structure could potentially interfere with proper airbag deployment in the event of a crash.
