This recall has remained unresolved for over 14 months. I opened a case with Ford and was instructed to continue waiting, but no repair has been completed and no meaningful resolution has been provided. Because this is a safety recall, 1 am concerned that the remedy has not been made available within a reasonable period of time. In addition to the safety concern, this ongoing delay has caused financial hardship. I use this vehicle for Turo rentals and have been unable to continue renting it out due to the open recall, which has negatively affected my income and safety. I am requesting review of Ford's delay in providing a remedy and any assistance available due to the extended unresolved status of this safety recall.
