When 3 pedestrians crossed in front of my Jeep causing the Jeep to violently and abruptly stop. This violent and unexpected stop caused me to be thrown forward and then back which immediately caused a bruise and swelling in my chest and the left side of my neck and shoulder immediately hurting which got and continues to get progressively worse.  The Jeep stopped instantly prohibiting me to react to the stop. The Jeep just stopped it didn\u2019t slow down to stop it just stopped.
