Incident 1: While driving with my children in the vehicle, the battery warning light illuminated and the vehicle immediately entered a low-power \u201cturtle mode,\u201d rapidly losing speed in traffic. The vehicle had to be towed to the dealership.  Incident 2: While traveling approximately 60 mph, the hood latch failed and the vehicle immediately decelerated to approximately 20 mph, creating a dangerous situation in traffic. The vehicle again had to be towed.  Incident 3: While pulling into my driveway, the vehicle displayed warning lights when shifted into reverse and went into transmission lock, rendering it immobile before losing power completely.  In all three cases my wife and children were in the vehicle and were placed in unsafe situations.
