I had to coast to side of highway. I was able to turn vehicle on after several minutes, but SEVERAL system malfunction error messages (hybrid, accelerator, pre-collision, tpms, airbag, engine\u2026) appeared. The vehicle would not accelerate beyond 10mph.  Once I moved it to a safe location, I had the vehicle towed to the dealership.   The dealership technician was able to replicate the issue during test drive. The technician apparently had the vehicle towed back to the dealership last night.   The car has had other related issues since June 2024 when I bought it.  The TPMS system, the accelerator system, and the airbag system have all malfunctioned independently. The accelerator system malfunctioned in Jan. I had to pay for a replacement fuse despite the warranty.   The vehicle is modified with Braunability equipment for wheelchair access. These modifications are approved by Toyota and were completed by MobilityWorks.   Aside from the vehicle itself being unsafe to drive, the passenger sliding door has had numerous problems. On 3/07/26, the door mysteriously slammed shut after opening and would not open again.   These are all dangerous situations that could have resulted in fatal accidents.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"TOYOTA","productModel":"SIENNA HYBRID","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
