Diagnostic code C2200 (\u201cABS Control Module Internal Failure\u201d) was retrieved during a scan, indicating an internal electronic failure within the ABS module. The component remains installed in the vehicle and is available for inspection upon request.  When the failure occurs, the vehicle\u2019s ABS, traction control, and stability control systems become disabled. The dashboard displays warning lights for the ABS, traction control, and brake system. While the base braking system continues to function, the loss of these electronic safety systems could increase the risk of reduced vehicle control during emergency braking or low-traction conditions such as wet or slippery roads.  The issue has been confirmed through diagnostic scanning by a service center, which produced code C2200 indicating an internal failure of the ABS control module. The condition is repeatable: the warning lights appear after approximately 10 minutes of driving, and if the vehicle is turned off and allowed to sit for a period of time (such as overnight), the lights reset but return again after driving.  The replacement ABS control module is currently extremely difficult to obtain. According to a Jeep dealership parts department, the module is on significant backorder, with hundreds of outstanding orders that were expected to be filled earlier in 2026 but remain unfulfilled.
