I first noticed that my back doors and my front driver-side doors would not lock or unlock when using the remote or the button inside the car. This is very concerning because it means my car is often unsecured when it should be locked, and there are never any warning lamps or messages to let me know the system failed. I have to manually lock and unlock the doors myself just to get them to work, which has happened multiple times while my kids were trying to exit the vehicle.  The problem has recently gotten worse. Last week, I had an issue where the door would not open at all because the latch stayed engaged even though the door was \"unlocked.\" I had to pull the manual lever multiple times before it would finally open. This constant locking issue is a major risk because it could prevent us from getting out of the car quickly in an emergency. The vehicle and these components are available for inspection, and I am taking the car to Nissan tomorrow to have the problem confirmed and inspected.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"ALTIMA","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
