In 2023 the backup camera stopped working.  The screen is blue.   This creates a problem when backing up, especially in store parking lots or pulling out of my garage.  Unable to view what is behind the vehicle and risk of damage or injury to what is behind me.   Dealer inspected and said camera needed to be replaced.  We had it replaced in Nov. 2023. Recall received in January 2025.  They have yet resolved the recall, and we are still waiting on a $630.00 refund.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"FLEX","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
