Recently it also began to get stuck in both positions -- won't fold down when up, and also won't unfold back up when it's been down. I took this vehicle in to the dealership to get this issue fixed a few years back, and they were unable to figure out what was wrong, but still charged me full price for service. I am now driving with the faulty seat and these days often have to transport passengers, frequently kids in my family, and I'm not sure if it's safe.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"TRANSIT CONNECT","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
