At approximately 75,000 miles, the vehicle shut down on the freeway. At approximately 121,000 miles, the first catalytic converter failed. Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel documented P0420 and catalyst failure in November 2025, and GM service history reflects catalytic-converter replacements at 131,468 miles and approximately 141,082 miles. The vehicle also underwent major injector-related repair in early 2026. At 141,620 miles, Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel started an oil consumption test and stated in writing that oil consumption can lead to repeat failed converters and false oxygen sensor readings. Despite substantial repairs, the problem pattern continued. I am reporting this as a possible safety-related defect affecting engine operation, emissions-system failure, and drivability, and I am asking NHTSA to review whether this indicates a broader safety-related defect.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"TAHOE","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
