A couple days prior to complete failure, we were unable to charge the vehicle using either level 1 or level 2 chargers. Our local Hyundai service center advised us that it was likely an ICCU failure and was unsafe to drive, due to the possibility of sudden loss of drivetrain power. The vehicle was towed to our local service center (CardinaleWay Hyundai El Monte in El Monte, California) and the ICCU completely failed after arriving at the service center. The vehicle is still at the service center and we have been advised that there is a nationwide shortage on replacement parts, with backorders of weeks to months.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"HYUNDAI","productModel":"IONIQ 5","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
