Problem: with the UConnect 5 system, that on an update the language became Italian ( I wa able to change back to English) and many user controllable functions become inoperative, ie. which I cannot change the settings unless the Dealer reflashes the UConnect's User Controllabe interface. What is very concerning is the loss of Automatic Emergency Breaking (AEB), it is permanently turned \"OFF\" in yellow, meaning there is no fault with the AEB. I believe the loss of a major Safety System (AEB) is cause to Warrant a Safety Recall. Jeep Customer Care said I will have to pay for the reflash because I am no longer under warranty. This Case XXX Rev. B was identified when my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherrokee L was under warranty. Please Help by making this a RECALL.
