This resulted in multiple safety\u2011critical system warnings, including brake system alerts, ABS/VSA warnings, and Honda Sensing failures. The vehicle also lost acceleration and entered a reduced\u2011power \u201climp mode,\u201d creating a hazardous driving situation.  The dealership diagnosed the issue as water intrusion into the tail light assembly. The entire assembly had to be replaced at a cost of over $800.
