Upon further inspection, the local dealer diagnosed the High-Voltage Battery replacement as a failure. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle remained at the local dealer for several months; however, the parts were not available for the recall repair. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
