We were driving at 5-10 MPH through our apartment complex, but it would have been more dangerous had we been driving at a higher rate of speed on a street or highway. My husband suffered some light scratches on his left arm, but no other injuries thank goodness. We immediately drove the vehicle to Pinnacle Nissan, but they denied assistance and coverage as well as Nissan Consumer Affairs.
