The ABS is not functioning, creating a serious safety risk, particularly during emergency braking and adverse road conditions. The vehicle has been under an active repair order with Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram since October, but the required part remains on indefinite backorder with no estimated time of arrival.  I have escalated this issue to Stellantis Customer Care and have ongoing email correspondence documenting the delay and lack of resolution. Despite these efforts, the vehicle remains unrepaired, forcing me to either drive with a known safety defect or go without transportation.  This situation represents a failure to repair a critical safety system within a reasonable timeframe.
