My 2025 Toyota Sienna has been subject to Interim Notice 25TB12 for approximately 170 days.  Per Toyota\u2019s official safety instructions, I have been directed to ensure that 'no one sit in or use a child restraint in any second-row seat while the vehicle is in motion.' Despite this recall being active since October 2025, Toyota has failed to provide the necessary replacement seat rails or a firm repair date.  This defect involves structural weld failures that pose a high risk of seat detachment in a collision. By rendering the primary passenger area of this minivan unusable for nearly 6 months, the manufacturer has caused a substantial loss of utility and safety. I am requesting NHTSA investigate the lack of remedy availability and Toyota\u2019s failure to support owners who cannot safely use the vehicle for its intended multi-passenger purpose.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"TOYOTA","productModel":"SIENNA HYBRID","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
