I heard a crunching sound and tried to reverse it and that may have made it worse.    It had been working fine in the fall months September and October when I last used it. It did not cause a safety issue. No one was at risk. I\u2019ve taken the car to the closest  KIA dealer to me . Castle KIA in McHenry  IL. The Kia dealer gave me an estimate on cost .
