The contact stated that while attempting to adjust the position of the second-row seat forward or backwards, there was a lot of resistance, requiring an excessive amount of force to move the seat. Occasionally, the contact had to physically push the seat with their feet. The dealer was contacted and informed that the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The vehicle remained with the dealer, awaiting parts for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue; however, the manufacturer failed to follow up on with the contact.
