My traverse has the exact same transmission and engine as the recall but for some reason GM decided not to add my Vin to the recall. My vehicle is experiencing the exact same issues recorded in the recall. I called the GM dealership who could not help. I called [XXX]  directly who told me that customers can\u2019t make any decisions like that. This is unacceptable. If there is an issue with my vehicle due to a recall, then my VIN should have been part of the recall so that I can have the issue fixed.
