Keeping this very high level, after the 3rd day the vehicle would not start. The dealer sent technician to our home however finally had to be towed to the dealer. The dealer inspected the vehicle on several occasions while continuing to work directly manufacture, however after weeks had been advised the parts did not fix the issue. Opened case (xxxxxxxx) with parent company of Chrysler (Stellantis). week after week customer service said they are working on the issue. Finally, at around 45 days we had to buy another vehicle based on need for transportation. Along the way we make vehicle & insurance payments every month. Additionally, we received a recall notice that the vehicle was subject to a fire. Do not park in or around buildings. At the 80-day mark we advised the dealer to get us out of this vehicle. Dealer said the vehicle is now a used car so must face deprecation plus loss of down payment. Based on no fix to original problem and risk of fire. Stellantis advised now that we do not own the Jeep, we are not eligible for any assistance or compensation for loss and thus Cased closed.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"GRAND CHEROKEE","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
