The gas pedal is pressed to the floor and car is VERY slow to accelerate. It takes multiple depressions of the gas pedal to accelerate more than 10 mph.  There are open recalls on certain vin numbers from the NHTSA but mine was not on list yet appears to have many of the same concerns.
