We purchased this vehicle brand new in 2023.  The vehicle has been in the Kia dealership service center (where it was purchased) from January 2026 to present.  The dealership estimates it will be June 2026 before backordered parts can be replaced by a master mechanic.  We have continued to make payments on a vehicle we are unable to use with no resolution in sight.
