Have had incidents where instrument cluster freezes while driving and a blank black screen when first starting. Whenever the screen freezes or turns black, turning the vehicle off and on again fixes the issue. It seems that the flickering is intermittent. Has recently become more frequent and why I wanted the dealership to take a look. They're now asking for video proof. As soon as I have that I'm going to return to dealership. I'm making this complaint because it seems to be a well-known issue with no fix in most cases.
