I looked up recalls and see there is a recall on RAV4\u2019s for this very issue, but my VIN shows no recalls. I called service at Hubler Toyota in Greenwood IN and they confirmed my VIN is not included in the recall.  I want to know why it is not included.  I am taking it to Hubler tomorrow for diagnostic and repair.
