I recently discovered that the tire installed on my vehicle is the incorrect size. My vehicle requires size 225/55R17, but the shop installed size 245/45R17.  This creates a safety concern due to improper fitment, which can affect handling, stability, and overall vehicle performance.  I only discovered the issue after experiencing a separate flat tire and inspecting all tires on the vehicle.  I contacted the business to have the issue corrected, but they refused to assist me. During multiple phone calls, both the manager and assistant manager were dismissive, unprofessional, and terminated the calls without providing any resolution.
