Approximately 10 seconds before the vehicle reduced power, a warning message appeared indicating the vehicle was about to shut down. This created a dangerous situation because we were traveling in the middle lane of a highway with vehicles moving at significantly higher speeds on both sides.  We were able to carefully move to the side of the road and eventually exit the highway; however, the vehicle was limited to approximately 15\u201320 mph and could not safely travel at normal speeds due to limp mode.  There is an existing recall related to this issue. The vehicle had already received the software update that provides advance warning before shutdown. While the warning is helpful, it does not address the underlying safety issue, which appears to be related to a hardware problem involving faulty transmission wiring rather than software alone.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"CHRYSLER","productModel":"PACIFICA","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
