It shifts back and forth upon acceleration and deceleration.   Ive had a mechanic look at it and determine it is in fact shifting around while driving, which is extremely unsafe.   Upon further research found that many othet Acura/Honda users have had the same issue especially in the MDX model mentioned here.  Its even been reported by dealers in brand new, still in the showroom MDX.
