The vehicle was taken to an authorized Honda dealership for inspection. The dealership did not document any cause of the crack and did not identify any impact damage. Instead, they only provided an estimate for replacement.  Despite the lack of documented external cause, the manufacturer has classified the damage as \u201cexternal\u201d and declined responsibility.  I am concerned that this may indicate a potential defect in the windshield or structural stress issue, as the crack occurred without any identifiable external trigger.
