When I went into the dealership for my next oil change I reported it and they didn't even want to  note this  down on my service report. They said it happened to long ago and they didn't care about the problem, I just wanted them to know for future use. Also another issue happened a couple of months prior while stopped on the highway near my home because of traffic, my car shifted from drive into park by itself without the shifter moving I don't know what happened but I moved the shifter from drive to park and moved it back to drive. And again I reported this and they didn't want to even note on my service report . Not happy about this situation either. Then I received a text message from the dealership that they wanted to buy my car against a trade in and I said to myself if they refuse to record my problems I 'll take my business somewhere else.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"HONDA","productModel":"ACCORD","manufacturer":"Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)"}]}]}
