The name of the company is NU car rental locating at 2900 SE 6th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. It rented us a Hyundai Palisade with the plate number [XXX]  from April 5 to April 10th, 2026. They knew that we needed a car for 6 people and that the 3rd row was going to be used. And the 2nd recall relates to the use of 3 row seats. Please see the rental agreement as a proof. I know the same company in Orlando was under federal investigation for the same issue. To my knowledge, rental companies are prohibited from renting cars with open recalls by the federal law. Please investigate this company.
