Problem Description: \"I am filing this complaint to report a recurring, serious defect in my 2017 Infiniti Q60 regarding the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system, throwing OBD-II code P052E. The vehicle experiences severe loss of power while driving, rough idle, and a strong odor of burning oil inside the cabin, which poses a fire risk and inhibits safe operation.  It is well-documented that this vehicle utilizes an engine manufactured/designed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, and a recall exists within the Mercedes community for this exact code (P052E). However, Infiniti has not issued a corresponding recall, leaving owners of this shared-engine vehicle to pay for repairs on a known manufacturing defect. Given the severe symptoms and the recognized safety hazard of this defect by other manufacturers, I request an investigation into this safety issue","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"Q60","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
