Toyota has not had a remedy for the impacted 55k people. We bought a Hybrid, brand new, paid it off and has been on rental for a non hybrid. Toyota won't trade in our car, refund us anything such as gas ( hybrid vs non hybrid). So we're stuck with a rental we don't like. Basically we felt like we spent 50k on a car we did not want since it's not the Sienna we wanted. I need them to be held accountable or have options we can do something with the car.
