Additionally, the power seat settings failed to remain programmed, and the power windows failed to roll down as needed. Over time, there was an abnormal wire-burning odor coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed, and it was determined that the body control module was inoperable. Upon investigation, the contact became aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 10V659000 (Structure); and associated the failure with the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
