The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 MPH, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle lost automotive power and stalled. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated when the vehicle stalled. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle, and the vehicle was towed to the residence. The contact became aware that the 400 AMP fuse was blown. The contact replaced the fuse and replaced the starter, however during a test drive, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken back to the residence, and a 400-AMP fuse was replaced a second time. The contact also replaced the starter, the alternator and replaced the ground cables, and during another test drive, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken back to the residence and the contact determined that the engine had seized. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the VIN was not included in the recall.
