VIN: [XXX]  NHTSA Recall ID: 25V668 Recall Date: October 7, 2025 Manufacturer/Dealer Recall Reference: 25TB12  This recall involves the structural integrity of the second-row seat welds. A failure of these welds could increase the risk of injury to occupants in the event of a crash or sudden stop.  As of today, more than six months after the recall was issued, no remedy has been made available. I have not been provided with a repair, a timeline for when a fix will be available, or an adequate interim solution.  On February 25, 2026, I brought my vehicle to the dealership, and it was placed out of service due to this recall. I was provided with a smaller loaner vehicle, which is not comparable to my Toyota Sienna and does not meet my transportation needs.  This situation has left me without use of my vehicle for an extended period of time while also dealing with a known safety defect. I request that NHTSA review whether the delay in providing a remedy is reasonable and compliant with federal safety requirements, and whether additional action is necessary to protect vehicle occupants.  All relevant vehicle details are included in this complaint.
