It was fixed when the warranty was good. I also reported the passenger side, later wasn't retracting. It retracted fine when the dealer had it so they didn't do anything with it. Now the warranty is up and it's hardly ever retracting but they want me to pay for it even thought I reported it when the warranty was good. Also, the driver's side seat belt doesn't always latch. You have to shove it in several times sometimes before it clicks.
