With the onset of spring, the A/C system has failed, blowing only ambient air. This aligns with known manufacturer defects: Jump Tube Defect (PC899/PC939): Faulty seals causing refrigerant leaks. A/C Amplifier (NTB23-033A): Irregular airflow and spontaneous surges. Notably, I reported HVAC and mechanical concerns within the 90-day warranty period. On Dec 20, 2025, I notified the dealership of whistling sounds/airflow bursts and clicking noises in the steering system. Although technician dismissed these as \"normal\" at the time, reporting them within the warranty period preserves my right to repair. While previous issues (loose bolts/chassis vibration) were resolved, the HVAC irregularities persist. On April 18, 2026, I returned to report the A/C failure and was denied a complimentary diagnostic, despite the vehicle being sold in a defective condition. Requested Actions: Full Diagnostic: A comprehensive, no-cost inspection of the entire HVAC system. Complete Repair: Replacement of the condenser, jump tube, seals, A/C amplifier, and related components under dealer responsibility/manufacturer goodwill. System Service: Full evacuation and recharge of refrigerant to manufacturer specs.  Confirmation that the vehicle is returned in fully functional and safe condition at no cost due It was reportes during warranty period.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"PATHFINDER","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
