I was told by Matthews Hyundai dealership that the part may have been defective the first time but after having the shocks fail again it is clearly a defect in design. The bouncing and ride is dangerous. Rear shock failure is a major safety hazard because it severely compromises vehicle stability, drastically reducing control during braking, cornering, and emergency maneuvers. It leads to increased braking distances, excessive rear-end bouncing, poor handling, and accelerated wear on other suspension components, significantly increasing the risk of accidents.
