This is an active Recall from the FCA from the NHTSA (Safety Recall W68 / NHTSA 20V-475 Loss of Crankshaft Position), but Dodge is insisting the recall was repaired (66A/NHTSA 23V-411) but only an update to the software as issued, without replacing the actual faulty part, the tone wheel. This problem was discovered and inspected by the Kerry Car Care, but I anticipate that Dodge Chrysler will deny the repair, even though it is a safety recall issued by the FCA. There were no signs of failure prior to the test drive done at Kerry's.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2016","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"1500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
