Under warranty, but dealership booked for 2 months.  Error went away.  After powertrain warranty expires (70,000 miles), message constantly appears, and coolant thermostat display is BLANK.  Results in excess fan usage (lowering fuel consumption), reduced steering assist, aggravation, check engine light.  This issue has developed while under warranty, for a practically new car.  Unacceptable.
