Both indicators never fully go in the \u201cgreen\u201d meaning the seat is fully locked into place. The car seat is less than two years old and both indicators are malfunctioning, they aren\u2019t going fully in the green.  I reached out to the company with pictures and videos and they have done nothing to help.
