In my original complaint, I stated that the vehicle had not received transmission service. After reviewing my records, I confirmed that a transmission fluid service (drain and refill with inspection) was performed at an Acura dealership in July 2024.  Despite this maintenance, the transmission still failed at approximately 84,000 miles.
